Here’s why it’s better to eat a kiwi fruit with its skin
All the differences between COVID-19 vaccines, summarized in a simple table that you can take to your vaccination appointment
This is how you do it Start off by properly cleaning the sink, using the soapy water and the dishcloth. You can also use a spray bottle filled with some sort of cleaning agent – as long as the sink ends up clean. Dry it properly afterwards! If there’s even a little bit of water left, the flour will turn into a mushy paste and that’s not what you want. Use a clean and dry tea towel to dry the sink. Don’t forget the edges and the drain. Next, sprinkle flour in the sink so the surface is covered as much as possible. Use a paper towel to rub in the flour. Don’t forget the edges, corners, tap and the drain. Keep making circular motions while you’re scrubbing. When you’re done, wipe away the flour (don’t rinse it away through the drain!). You end up with a perfectly shiny stainless steel sink! Apply this trick once a month.
Not in the dryer You really shouldn’t use the tumble dryer when treating sweat stains. Why? Because the heat of the dryer causes the stains to stick to the fabric of the clothing even more stubbornly. That makes it much more difficult to ever remove those ugly yellow stains from your clothes. Are you sure that the sweat stains have been removed completely? Then you can safely put the clothes in the dryer again.
You can easily descale your toilet bowl with baking soda. Scatter some baking soda in the toilet bowl and pour in some vinegar as well. It might start to fizz a little bit, but don’t panic; it’s just doing its job. Use the toilet brush to lightly scrub the bowl, and that’s it! Your toilet is spotless once again! Cola is one of the best descaling solutions around! It might surprise you, but just pour a can of coke around the edges of your toilet bowl and leave it to sit for a while. Lightly scrub it with your toilet brush and all of the limescale will be gone! Cleaning vinegar is also extremely effective. Pour some in the toilet bowl, dip the toilet brush into it and brush the edges. Let it sit overnight and your limescale will disappear completely when you flush the toilet the next day! Denture cleaning tablets: Throw 2 tablets into the toilet bowl. Wait until they start to fizz and then pour in one liter of hot water. Scrub the bowl with a toilet brush, and it will be free of limescale once more! We’ll start cleaning straight away! Try one or more of these tricks and you’ll notice your toilet will be squeaky clean again!
Cleaning6 ways to make cleaning a little easier 4. Well begun is half done Bathrooms and countertops are much easier to clean if you first wipe them off with a dry cloth instead of going at them with cleaning solutions right away. By first cleaning the countertops or the bathroom with a clean microfiber cloth, you’ll be able to remove dust and stray hairs easily. Only start spraying with cleaning solutions after you’ve done this. 5. Multitasking Sometimes you have to wait for a little bit when you’re cleaning. A degreasing solution, for example, has to sit and soak into a stain for a little while. Always do these things first. While you’re waiting to clean the stain, you can clean something else in the meantime. 6. Clean regularly Don’t just clean when it’s really necessary, but clean on a regular basis. After all, it takes a lot more time and work to clean a counter that’s full of dirty dishes than to clean one that only needs a quick wipedown. The same goes for vacuuming and dusting. By doing it regularly, you only need a couple of minutes’ work to keep things neat and clean
